An appeal and cross appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 15, 2018,And defendants-respondents-appellants having moved to withdraw the cross appeal,Now, upon reading the correspondence from the attorney for defendants-respondents-appellants, dated January 15, 2019 and March 4, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence dated March 4, 2019 and the cross appeal reinstated.
