By order of the court, the January 8, 2015, order denying Appellees' motion to dismiss is hereby vacated. Appellant, BBC Club Boat Slips, Inc., does not have standing to bring this appeal. Cf. Ameriloss Pub. Adjusting Corp. v. Lightbourn, 46 So.3d 107 (Fla. 3d DCA 2010); Norkunas v. State Blda. Comm'n, 982 So.2d 1227 (Fla. 1st DCA 2008); Meltzer v. Fla. Dept. Cmty. Affairs, 881 So.2d 623 (Fla. 4th DCA 2004); Portfolio Inv. Corp. v. Deutsche Bank Nat'l Tr. Co., 81 So.3d 534 (Fla. 3d DCA 2012). Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.

Appellees' motion for appellate attorney's fee is denied.
