On August 18, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Extend Time to Move or File Answer. On August 21, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid. On August 24, 2023, the Court received payment of the filing fee.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on August 21, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion to Extend Time to Move or File Answer is granted, in that the time within which respondent shall file an answer is extended to October 24, 2023.
