On March 15, 2024, Richard G. Stack filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for petitioner. There is no objection to the granting of the Motion.

Upon review of the Motion, the Court notes that, although the Motion requests that both Joseph P. Wilson and Richard G. Stack be withdrawn as counsel for petitioner, it is signed by Richard G. Stack only. It is accordingly

ORDERED that, to the extent the above-referenced Motion requests that Richard G. Stack be withdrawn as counsel for petitioner, it is granted, and Mr. Stack is so withdrawn. It is further

ORDERED that, to the extent the above-referenced Motion requests that Joseph P. Wilson be withdrawn as counsel for petitioner, it is denied without prejudice.
