ORDERED that the Court's above-reference Order is amended in that this case is set for a Special Trial Session of the Court to be conducted remotely on January 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. E.T. It is further
ORDERED that the sixth ordered paragraph stating that the Clerk of the Court shall provide a Standing Pretrial Order is stricken from the Court's Order.
In all other respects, the Court's Order filed on August 24, 2022 remains in full force and effect.
