ORDER DIRECTING CLERK OF THE COURT TO CLOSE CASE
The Plaintiff having filed a denominated pleading "Petition to Withdraw" on April 10, 2003 which this Court considers as a Request for Dismissal under Rule 41(a). The court hereby dismisses the case without prejudice, and the Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to close the file in this case.
