Bata v. Bata

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Sep 25, 1956
2 A.D.2d 815 (N.Y. App. Div. 1956)

Opinion

September 25, 1956

Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents. This affirmance is without prejudice to the defendant making an appropriate motion for reinstatement of the bond in a higher amount when he satisfies all the obligations imposed upon him by the earlier adjudication of contempt.

Concur — Breitel, J.P., Botein, Rabin and Cox, JJ.
