Basso v. John T. Clark Son, Inc.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 1, 1921
198 App. Div. 1014 (N.Y. App. Div. 1921)

Opinion

October, 1921.

The proposed bill fails to furnish the particulars required by the order of September 28, 1920. The order appealed from is, therefore, reversed in so far as it directs the service of the bill proposed, and the plaintiffs are directed to serve a bill in compliance with the order of September 28, 1920; and as so modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal. Blackmar, P.J., Mills, Rich, Jaycox and Manning, JJ., concur.
