The judgment of dismissal is vacated as to plaintiffs Sophia Maniaci, Frank Maniaci, Frances Etna, Ralph Etna, Keith Stemp, Tina Haskell, and Charlene Brown. The judgment of dismissal as to the remaining plaintiffs is affirmed.
