Appeal, No. 463, Jan. T., 1973, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, No. 474 of 1973, in re estate of Peter Basalyga, deceased. Decree affirmed; reargument refused May 29, 1974.

Reporter's Note: On November 18, 1974, the Supreme Court of the United States denied a petition for a writ of certiorari. 419 U.S. 1025.

Appeal by named co-executor from decision of Register of Wills to grant Letters Executory to co-executors jointly or to either co-executor individually in default of joint petition. Before PENETAR, J.

Decree filed affirming decision of Register of Wills. Named co-executor appealed.
