Action to recover damages sustained by reason of the death of plaintiff's intestate. Order granting plaintiff's motion for leave to file a jury demand nunc pro tunc affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
