Upon the plaintiff's stipulating to reduce the judgment as entered to the sum of $5,474.63, judgment as so reduced and the order denying motion for new trial affirmed, without costs to either party; if such stipulation be not given, judgment and order reversed and new trial ordered, with costs to appellant to abide event. No opinion.
