On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. MA01-36777-B.

Before Justices MOSELEY, RICHTER, and FRANCIS. AFFIRMED

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Jennifer Martin Barrow appeals her conviction for deadly conduct. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 22.05(a) (Vernon 2003). The trial court assessed punishment at ninety days confinement, probated for twelve months, and a $500 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent and is represented by retained counsel, did not file a brief. Therefore, we submitted the appeal without briefs. Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
