ORDER

PER CURIAM

On July 10, 2023, this Court entered an order abating the appeal. The trial court notified this Court that because the trial court judge will be on vacation and the voluminous record, it will be unable to meet the deadlines to file required findings.

It is therefore ORDERED that the abatement be extended for the trial court to comply with this Court's order dated July 10, 2023. After any hearings held, the trial court shall forward its findings to the District Clerk of Bexar County, Texas, on or before September 15, 2023. The District Clerk shall prepare and forward a supplemental clerk's record containing the findings and forward the same to this Court on or before September 25, 2023. Further, the transcript of the hearing shall be prepared, certified and filed with this Court on or before September 25, 2023. This appeal will be reinstated upon the date the complete supplemental clerk's record and reporter's record is filed with this Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED
