ORDER


The parties shall file a joint written status report by March 17, 2006. The report shall indicate whether this matter has settled. If not, the report shall state whether the parties believe that a settlement is possible in this case, and, if so, whether a formal settlement conference before the Court would be necessary to achieve a settlement. The report shall also indicate whether the matter is ready to proceed to trial within the next 180 days. Lastly, the report shall state whether all of the parties would consent to have this matter referred to the U.S. Magistrate Judge to conduct all further proceedings, including the trial. 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1); Fed.R.Civ.P. 73(b).
