This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 19, 2022, for cases in which Columbia, South Carolina, is the place of trial.

The notice of deficiency dated September 22, 2020, upon which this case is based, as well as the petition filed December 28, 2020, sets forth the last name of petitioner George O. Baratta as "George O. Baratta". Due to a clerical error, petitioner George O. Baratta's last name is misspelled in the caption of this case as "George O. Barratta". Accordingly, the Court will amend the caption in this case to reflect the correct spelling of petitioner George O. Baratta's last name.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "George O. Baratta & Marsha Baratta, Petitioners, v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
