By Notice dated August 2, 2022, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 5, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial calendar. On November 3, 2022, petitioners informally requested a continuance of this matter so that they may continue working with the Appeals Office to resolve some or all of the issues in this matter. Respondent's counsel informally advised the Court that there is no objection to the granting of petitioners' request.

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's December 5, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial calendar and is continued generally.
