A review of the record in the case at bar having demonstrated that there remains genuine issues of material facts to be resolved, the summary judgment for defendant Donald S. Zuckerman is hereby reversed. See Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla. 1966).

Reversed.
