The court being equally divided between affirmance and reversal, the judgment appealed from was affirmed. p. 482

Appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City (McLANAHAN, J.).

Proceedings under the Workmen's Compensation Law by Richard T. Barnes, claimant, against Dennis E. Wright, employer, and the Eureka Casualty Company, insurer. From the judgment, the claimant appeals.

Affirmed.

The cause was argued before SLOAN, C.J., DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, MARBURY, GRASON, MELVIN, ADAMS, and BAILEY, JJ.
