Anthony Barnes appeals from the denial of his postconviction relief application. AFFIRMED.

Anthony C. Barnes appeals from the district court's denial of his postconviction relief application arguing his counsel was ineffective in failing to file a motion to suppress the evidence obtained in the search of his vehicle. After careful review of the record, we affirm without opinion pursuant to Iowa Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.24(1) and (4).

AFFIRMED.
