The reporter's record in this case has not been filed. By postcard dated November 8, 2023, we notified Francheska Duffey, Official Court Reporter for the 330th Judicial District Court, that the reporter's record was overdue and ordered her to file the record within thirty days. On November 30, 2023, appellants filed written verification of their September 14, 2023 request for the reporter's record and verification of payment arrangements. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed, nor has Ms. Duffey otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.
Accordingly, we ORDER Francheska Duffey to file, within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order, either (1) the reporter's record or (2) written verification appellants have not paid for the reporter's record. We notify appellants that if we receive verification they have not paid for the reporter's record, we will order the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
