ALYSSE BARLOW, Appellant v. KENDALL RICHARDSON, Appellee

On Appeal from the 298th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-19-16151

ORDER

CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellee's June 30, 2022 unopposed third motion for an extension of time to file her brief. Appellee seeks a fourteen-day extension and explains that the parties recently engaged in settlement negotiations but it appears they may now be at an impasse. We GRANT the motion and extend the time to July 14, 2022. We caution appellee that further extension requests will be strongly disfavored.
