On September 28, 2023, respondent advised the Court by status report that the parties continue to work together with regard to the real property at issue in this case. The status report states that petitioners' counsel represented that they have completed the calculation of the basis of the property at issue and prepared a breakdown of how the improvements affected the basis calculation. Respondent is requesting additional time to review the documentation and issue additional discovery, as necessary.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before December 27, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report, (or separate reports, if preferred), as to the then-present status of this case.
