LINCOLN J. BARINGER & LYNN M. BARINGER, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On August 19, 2022, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision. A review of the proposed stipulated decision discloses that that document improperly refers to the "agreement of the parties" rather than to the "stipulation of the parties".

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the settlement stipulation and proposed stipulated decision, filed August 19, 2022, are stricken from the Court's record in this case.
