On January 13, 2023, the Court entered a stipulated decision (Doc. 25) and this case was closed. Petitioners filed a Motion to Restore Case to the General Docket on March 5, 2023. On March 30, 2023, respondent filed a response to petitioners' motion.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Restore Case to the General Docket is granted in that the Stipulated Decision, entered January 13, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before May 29, 2023, the parties shall file (1) either appropriate proposed decision documents, or (2) further reports (preferably a joint report) concerning the then-present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
