JAMES E. BARBOUR, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

This case is before the Court on petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed July 29, 2022. Respondent filed a response to petitioner's motion on February 22, 2023, which describes the status of the case and states that the parties have reached a basis of settlement that resolves all issues. By order served March 9, 2023, the parties proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation documents were stricken from the Court's record in this. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, unless the parties have submitted a proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation by April 13, 2023, then by that date, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if a joint report is not possible), in which the parties shall therein describe the current status of the case and of the above-referenced pending motion.
