Petitioner's motion for counsel appointment is hereby denied.

This case is hereby dismissed as unauthorized, subject to reinstatement if petitioner demonstrates within fifteen days from the date of this order that he was not represented by counsel in the proceedings below at the time he filed his petition in this Court. See Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003).
