Baptist v. Golden Gem Growers

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Aug 31, 1992
602 So. 2d 691 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 91-1507.

August 3, 1992. Rehearing Denied August 31, 1992.

Appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims, Elwyn Akins.

Valerie W. Evans, and Michael Manglardi of Martinez, Manglardi Diez-Arguelles, P.A., Orlando, for appellant.

B.C. Pyle and George A. Helm III, Orlando, for appellees.

The claimant, MOISE JEAN BAPTIST, appeals the denial of wage-loss benefits. Because we find the order of the judge of compensation claims (JCC) is not supported by competent substantial evidence, we reverse the order and remand for the JCC to enter an order granting the claim for wage-loss benefits.

ZEHMER, WOLF and KAHN, JJ., concur.
