Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Taxable Year 2022 and to Strike, filed May 22, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 14, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced Motion. Failure to file a timely objection may result in the granting of that Motion.
