Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on February 18, 1977, unanimously affirmed. Respondent shall recover of appellant $75 costs and disbursements of this appeal. The appeal from the order entered on December 10, 1976, unanimously dismissed, without costs and without disbursements, as said order was superseded by the order entered on February 18, 1977. No opinion.
