Appellants have not filed a memorandum in support of jurisdiction, due February 16, 2021, in compliance with the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio and therefore have failed to prosecute this cause with the requisite diligence. Cause dismissed. Appellants' motion for stay and "emergency motion to vacate writ of restitution and eviction pending appellant's compelling and timely filing a notice of appeal in the Supreme Court without an accompanying memorandum in support of jurisdiction" denied as moot.
