Upon consideration of pro se Defendants-Appellants Steven Michael Schwartz's and Alma B. Schwartz's (Appellants) March 29, 2016 "Response to Order to Show Cause and Motion to Set Briefing Schedule," which the court construes as a motion for reconsideration of the February 25, 2016 order dismissing the appeal, the papers in support, and the record, it appears that, pursuant to Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure Rules 26(a) and 40(a), a motion for reconsideration of the February 25, 2016 order was due on or before March 7, 2016.
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is denied as untimely.
