Syllabus Adopted.

The syllabus in the cause, Will G. Shaw v. Lee Davis, Adm'r, No. 26181, 178 Okla. 334, 62 P.2d 1259, is, adopted as the syllabus in this cause.

Appeal from the District Court, Latimer County; D.C. McCurtain, Judge.

Appeal by the Bank of Hartshorne from an order of the district court which dismissed an appeal from an order of the county court overruling a motion to quash the citation issued by said court in the exercise of its probate jurisdiction, upon application of Lee Davis, administrator of the estate of John G. Shaw. Affirmed.

M.O. Counts, for plaintiff in error.

This is a companion case to that of No. 26181, Will J. Shaw v. Lee Davis, Administrator, 178 Okla. 334, 62 P.2d 1259, wherein the exact questions involved in this cause are determined and decided, and upon the authority of that opinion the judgment of the district court in this cause is affirmed.
