ORDERED that respondents' motion to dismiss petition as moot is granted, and this petition for writ of certiorari is hereby dismissed.
Upon consideration of the request for an award of attorneys' fees filed by petitioner, it is ordered that said request is granted and remanded to the trial court to fix amount.
