WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. The writ application fails to comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5. Specifically, the defendant, A.S. Dosti 2, L.L.C., violated the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5(C)(11), by not including a copy of the return date order. In order for this Court to examine the writ application, it must be presented with attachments in the manner required by the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Uniform Rules of Louisiana Court of Appeal, Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7.
In the event that the defendant seeks to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation and must comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 4.1 and 4.5. Any new application must be filed on or before June 9, 2014 and must contain a copy of this ruling.
