Appeal, No. 25, May T., 1968, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 2791 Equity Docket, 1966, 517 Commonwealth Docket, in case of Charles Balazick and Charles J. Balazick v. Henry D. Harral, Thomas Z. Minehart and Grace M. Sloan. Decree affirmed; reargument refused February 14, 1968.

Equity.

Defendants' preliminary objections raising jurisdictional question sustained and judgment entered for defendants, opinion by SHELLEY, J. Plaintiffs appealed.
