DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 15, 2019. Motion by the appellant to "lift all blocks and restrictions" from her checking account and to direct the respondent to restore the sum of $5,236.28 to her checking account, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to pay the motion filing fee (see CPLR 8022[b]).
