ORDER


On November 16, 2004, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiffs responded to the Court's Order on November 24, 2004, explaining the current status of the case, including relevant history. Finding good cause shown, the Court extends its Order to Show Cause re Dismissal to March 1, 2005. If the Plaintiffs inform the Court on or before that date that settlement discussions have reached an impasse, the Court orders the Plaintiff to submit its Reply Memorandum in Support of his October 30, 2003 Motion for Summary Judgment within 15 calendar days of giving notice.
