Action for a judgment declaring that the defendant had failed to exercise its right of first refusal with respect to certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the court, Ryan, J., granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment and rendered judgment thereon, and the plaintiffs appealed to this court. No error.
