Appellant, Joseph Allen Baker, has filed a request to consolidate his appeals in this court. In his request, Appellant states that the above cases were tried together and indicates that consolidation would be proper. We note that Appellant was convicted of all eight cases on the same day.
We grant Appellant's request to consolidate his appeals. Accordingly, we consolidate our cause numbers 11-23-00074-CR, 11-23-00075-CR, 11-23-00076-CR, 11-23-00077-CR, 11-23-00078-CR, 11-23-00079-CR, and 11-23-00080-CR into Cause No. 11-23-00073-CR for all purposes. All future correspondence and filings related to the appeals from trial court cause numbers 14233, 14235, 14242, 14269, 14377, 14378, 14379, and 14380 should bear this court's docket number 11-23-000073-CR.
