The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due April 11, 2023. On April 13, 2023, this Court notified the court reporter, Belinda Baraka, by postcard that the record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record by May 13, 2023. On May 15, 2023, Ms. Baraka requested an extension of time until June 16, 2023, to file the reporter's record. This Court granted the request for extension and ordered Ms. Baraka to file the reporter's record by June 14, 2023. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c) (extensions of time to file record may not exceed thirty days). On June 16, 2023, Ms. Baraka filed a second request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. On June 20, 2023, we granted the requested extension and ordered Ms. Baraka to file the reporter's record by July 17, 2023. We cautioned Ms. Baraka that if the reporter's record was not filed by that date, then the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Baraka not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed.
Accordingly, we ORDER that Belinda Baraka not sit as a court reporter until she has filed the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Ernest White, Presiding Judge, 194th Judicial District Court; Belinda Baraka, Court Reporter; Dallas County Auditor's Office; and counsel for all parties.
