Court Reporter Belinda Baraka's second request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record is GRANTED, and we ORDER the reporter's record due JULY 17, 2023. We caution Ms. Baraka that the failure to do so will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Baraka not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
