On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the July 9, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered and, it appearing that the cases of Calovecchi v. State of Michigan, (Docket No. 110091), and Mudel v. Farmer Jack/Borman's, Inc/A P, (Docket No. 111702), are pending on appeal before this Court and that the decisions in those cases may resolve issues raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in those cases.
