Application to vacate an arbitration award determining that the plaintiff was not entitled to underinsured motorist benefits under a policy of insurance issued by the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the defendant filed an application to confirm the award; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court, Hon. Harold M. Mulvey, state trial referee; judgment confirming the award, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
