Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered June 6, 1973, denying plaintiff's renewed motion for discovery and inspection, unanimously modified, on the law and the facts, to the extent of directing that the defendant produce for examination the document the plaintiff was asked to sign on October 22, 1970 ( Allen v. Crowell-Collier Pub. Co., 21 N.Y.2d 403), and otherwise affirmed, without costs and without disbursements.
