Plaintiff-appellant having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 2, 2017, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for leave to have the appeals heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the April 2019 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted. The motion is otherwise denied.
