This case is scheduled for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 25, 2022, at Bismarck, North Dakota. On February 28, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance. In his motion, respondent states that petitioners do not object to the Court granting the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's motion for continuance, filed February 28, 2022, is granted and this case is hereby stricken from trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence at Bismarck, North Dakota on April 25, 2022, and is continued generally.
