Before Judges Alvarez, Waugh, and St. John.
On appeal from the New Jersey Department of Education, Commissioner of Education.
Andrew Babiak, attorney for appellant.
Parker McCay, P.A., attorneys for respondent (Frank P. Cavallo, of counsel; Brett E.J. Gorman, on the brief).
Jeffrey S. Chiesa, Attorney General, attorney for respondent Commissioner of Education (Melissa H. Raksa, Assistant Attorney General, of counsel; Christopher Huber, Deputy Attorney General, on the brief). PER CURIAM
Petitioner Diane Bacher appeals the final administrative decision of the Acting Commissioner of Education upholding the action of the Township of Mansfield Board of Education reducing her salary to comply with the salary-cap provisions of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-1.2 and -3.1(e)(2).
We have reviewed Bacher's arguments with respect to the issues raised in her appeal and find them to be without sufficient merit to warrant extended discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E). We affirm for the reasons stated in our opinion in New Jersey Ass'n of School Administrators v. Cerf, 428 N.J. Super. 588 (App. Div. 2012).
Affirmed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the original on file in my office.
