This matter came before the court for a scheduling conference on February 8, 2006 in response to a Mandate issued by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Based upon the scheduling conference and the agreement of the parties, each party shall be permitted file a brief concerning the appropriate remittitur of the jury's punitive damages verdict no later than February 27, 2006. This brief shall be limited to ten (10) total pages. Each party shall then be permitted to file a responsive brief no later than March 6, 2006. This responsive brief shall be limited to five (5) total pages.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
