The syllabus in Baccus v. Banks, 199 Okla. 647, 192 P.2d 683, is hereby adopted as the syllabus in this case.

Appeal from District Court, Washita County; John B. Wilson, Judge.

Action by Anna Pankratz against Vernon Baccus, County Treasurer of Washita County; A.F. Reeder intervening. From a judgment granting plaintiff a permanent injunction, defendant and intervener appeal. Affirmed.

This is a companion case to Baccus v. Banks, 199 Okla. 647, 192 P.2d 683. The cases involve the same issues and have been briefed together. The decision in that case is controlling in the instant case.
